To All Our Keepers Animal Clinic Family

We want to take this opportunity to reach out to all of you and assure you that we are prepared and able to meet your needs to continue to provide exceptional care to your 4-legged loved ones during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We pride ourselves in maintaining a safe and clean environment within our hospital. We are following CDC’s guidelines as closely as possible to help protect all visitors’ and staff’s health.

We have slightly adjusted our open hours to be open from 8:45 – 5:30 Monday through Friday. We are not saying open for an extra hour on Wednesday evenings during this time.

To help you we are now offering:

  • CURBSIDE SERVICE – We are now offering curbside service. We will come to your car and take your pet from you or bring your medications or food to you. Call us for more information. Please do not come into the lobby during this time.
  • TELEMEDICINE – We are now offering veterinary care and exams via text, phone and video.
  • ONLINE STORE – Your pet’s food and medication orders- no long term shortages in food or medications are expected but shipping and inventory have been stressed at our suppliers as at stores everywhere: Medications have priority and next day shipping

Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of all food orders

We are still offering medication and food from the clinic. Please call us for a refill if needed. When you arrive to pick up, our doors are locked, and we will carry your order to your car.

Please stay safe, wash your hands regularly and practice social distancing of 6 feet whenever possible. There is a whirlwind of information coming in from all over and some is more reliable than others. Please check the CDC and WHO websites for the most accurate and reliable information. We will all get through this together!
